Yields: 24 cookies or muffins
Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter, softened (I have used Earth Balance instead)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 -2 tablespoon milk or 1 -2 tablespoon water
Directions
- Mix powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add milk until reaching desired consistency.
- Frost at will.
