Frosting for Clabber Cake

Yields: 1 batch of frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 lb oleo
Directions
- Combine in sauce pan and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens (about 12 minutes).
- Add 1 cup each nuts and cocoanut and beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
