Frosted Braunschweiger Roll

This is a great appetizer for parties.

Directions

  1. Skin braunschweiger and mash well with fork.
  2. Beat in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Place on waxed paper and shape into 9 inch long roll.
  4. Refrigerate until firm. Remove paper and place on plate or tray.
  5. Thin cream cheese with 1/2 teaspoon or more of milk to make it like thick frosting. Frost roll.
  6. Decorate with parsley and paprika.
  7. Serve with crackers.
  8. NOTE: cooking time is actually refrigeration time.
