Frito Corn Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (taco cheese is also great)
- 1⁄2 green pepper, diced
- 5 green onions (chopped)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 3 jalapenos, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped- to taste)
- 2 (9 1/2ounce) bags of chili cheese Fritos corn chips
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator.
- serve with chili cheese fritos.
