Fried Shrimp Balls (Pazoon Lone Kyaw)

Ingredients
- 500 g shelled shrimp
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- flour
- salt
- oil
Directions
- Mince the shrimps through the fine blade of a mincer.
- Chop very finely the onions, chili and coriander.
- Mix with the other ingredients.
- Shape into little balls and roll in flour to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry balls until golden.
