Fried Sesame Fish With Onion and Lemon Juice

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat egg and milk together.
  3. Blend the bread crumbs with the sesame seeds.
  4. Dip each fillet lightly into flour, then into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs and seeds mixed together.
  5. Heat the oil to hot and reduce and fry fillets 3-8 minutes, on both sides, depending on the thickness of fish.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Combine onion, parsley, lemon juice and pour over fish before serving.
