Fried Rice With Eggs

It is a very easy recipe ιits taste good and you can combine with many other foods

  1. saute the rice in butter for 20 seconds.
  2. add the water and then let the rice to drain the water.
  3. whisk the eggs well in a bowl.
  4. in a non stick pan put the oil and add the eggs and keep stirring until it's cooked (like scramble eggs}.
  5. cut the green onion in small pieces (only the green).
  6. For the next step you must leave the rice to cool down.
  7. in a large frying pan add the rice after the egg and the green onion.
  8. Fry for 5-8 minutes keep stirring until it's cooked.
