Fried Rice With Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (pasmati)
- 1 green onion (fresh onion)
- 2 -3 eggs
- 4 cups water
- 50 g butter
- 1 teaspoon oil
Directions
- saute the rice in butter for 20 seconds.
- add the water and then let the rice to drain the water.
- whisk the eggs well in a bowl.
- in a non stick pan put the oil and add the eggs and keep stirring until it's cooked (like scramble eggs}.
- cut the green onion in small pieces (only the green).
- For the next step you must leave the rice to cool down.
- in a large frying pan add the rice after the egg and the green onion.
- Fry for 5-8 minutes keep stirring until it's cooked.
