Fried Mushrooms

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scrambled egg
- 1 lb mushroom (as small as you can find)
- panko breadcrumbs
- cooking oil
Directions
- Heat enough oil to have two inches of depth heat to about 350 degrees.
- Mix Flour and garlic salt together.
- Add milk and egg and stir to combine.
- Make another bowl with a shallow bed of panko (add more as needed).
- Dip mushrooms into batter and then into panko, sprinkling additional panko on top of mushroom and pressing lightly.
- Drop into oil and cook until golden brown.
