Fried Corn

Ingredients
- 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen whole corn
- 3 tablespoons bacon grease
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 3 ounces bacon bits (not the hard bits)
- salt
- sugar
Directions
- In a large non-stick skillet melt butter and grease until bubbling hot.
- Stir in corn straight from freezer. Stir 5-10 minutes until warm throughout.
- Stir in bacon bits.
- Salt to taste.
- Sugar to taste-stirring constantly to keep from burning sugar.
