Fried Chickpeas (Plain)

- Heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Drain chickpeas and add, careful not to splatter oil. Fry the beans untill they are a light golden brown, and slightly crispy.
- Drain on paper towels, and pat untill most exces oil is removed.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, while turing over occasionally, untill evenly coated. If desired, season to taste. If not crispy enough, broil on high.
