Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken liver (approximately)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
Directions
- Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Soak liver in milk and egg.
- Drain liver.
- Shake in flour mixture and fry.
