  • 3  teaspoons  Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1  cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1  cup beer

  1. for the batter:
  2. add:
  3. flour.
  4. salt.
  5. old bay seanoning.
  6. beer.
  7. mix.
  8. dregde cheese curds in batter.
  9. PLACE IN SMALL ICE CUBE TRAYS AND FREEZE.
  10. COOK FROZEN.
  11. fry in canola oil until golden @ 350.
