Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- oil (for deep frying, like rice bran oil)
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Toss cauliflower, rice flour and turmeric together.
- {Shake them all in a plastic bag}.
- Shake off excess.
- Heat oil to 180 C.
- Fry cauliflower in batches till golden - 4 - 5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel, season and serve.
