Fried Candybars

SOOOOOOOO good! You MUST try this recipe! It's a true Southern treat. You can use the candybar of your preference but I think that Snickers makes the best one! You can have fun with this recipe and switch it up.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 4 -6  Snickers miniature candy bars (or candybar of your choice)
• 1  cup  prepared  pancake batter
• 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar

Directions

1. Unwrap candybars and dip in prepared pancake batter.
2. Drop coated candybars into deep fryer.
3. Fry for approximately 1 minute.
4. Remove from grease and roll in powdered sugar.
