Fried Bananas

Ingredients

  • 3  bananas (on the greenish side to hold their shape)
  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 1  cup  crushed  frosted flakes
  • 14 cup canola oil

Directions

  1. Slice bananas horizontily and then into 3 sections.
  2. Dip into beaten egg.
  3. Roll in frosted flakes.
  4. Fry in canola oil for 1 min per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
