Fricassee N' Chicken Balls

Ingredients
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 lb chicken wings, necks, and feet
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
Chicken Balls
- 1⁄2 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons matzo meal
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Saute onions in oil. Add chicken parts and seasoning. Saute for 15 minutes. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add water to barely cover and cook for 1 hour.
- Combine all ingredients for chicken balls, forming into tiny balls and drop into sauce. Cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
- Optional: Cubed liver pieces may be added to fricassee 5 minutes before done.
