Fresh, Zesty Guacamole

Yields: 1 bowl guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- 1⁄2 tomatoes (for garnish)
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or substitute for garlic salt)
- 1⁄2 cup fat free Greek yogurt or 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning mix or 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 small chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Slice the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pits.
- Scoop out the inside of the avocado into a large blender and throw away the skins.
- Mash the avocado until smooth with the blender.
- Add garlic, yogurt, and squeeze half of the lime.
- Mix all together until smooth and blended.
- Add the seasoning and blend.
- Chop up the small chili and the onion until diced.
- Add the chili and onion into the blender and blend.
- Add salt until desired taste. Garnish with diced tomatoes and lime slices.
- Keep cool in fridge but try to eat immediately, as the guacamole can change color in the fridge.
