Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 4  roma tomatoes, chopped
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  loaf baguette, sliced and toasted on one side
• 1  tablespoon  snipped fresh basil
• 1⁄2 cup  grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. In bowl, combine olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil.
2. Spread mixture on un-toasted side of baguette slices.
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Toast under broiler until cheese melts.
