Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 3 medium tomatoes, very ripe, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together.
- Use at room temperature, spooning over cooked portobello Mushroom ravioli or other filled pasta.
- NOTE: feel free to add additional minced fresh garlic!
