Fresh Thai Rub for Grilling

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1⁄2 cup black peppercorns
- 6 garlic cloves
Directions
- In a food processor:
- Pulse the black peppercorns to crack them.
- Add the coriander and garlic and pulse until chopped finely.
- Rub on the meat of your choice and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours to marinate. The rub may go on the grill with the meat or be wiped off is you feel it too peppery.
