Ingredients
- 3 ripe tomatoes, seeded
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 avocado
- 1⁄4 cup corn
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 jalapeno, minced (or more, to taste)
Directions
- Chop all vegetables, and toss together with remaining ingredients.
