Fresh Strawberry Pie...to Die For

I got this years ago from Dickenson's Farm where we pick strawberries. This is the most unbelievable recipe..soooo good. I prepare my strawberries while my mixture cools in the refrigerator. You don't want them juicy. Show more

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 1 pie

Directions

  1. In saucepan mix pudding and jello mixes together with water.
  2. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil.
  3. Remove from heat and cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
  4. Arrange berries in pie shell.
  5. Pour cooled mixture over berries.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Serve with whipped cream.
