Fresh Strawberry Mousse

I have not tried this one, but look foward to. It sounds very yummy and refreshing! 8-)

  1. Rinse and stem berries.
  2. Add in sugar, then crush.
  3. Heat until sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. Strain, and then chill.
  6. Add lemon juice to berry mixture.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream, and stiffly beaten egg whites.
  8. Pour mixture into freezer trays or molding cups.
  9. Freeze, without stirring.
