Fresh Salsa Mexicana

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 2 -3 serrano peppers, minced (with seeds if you want really hot)
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (or to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-size bowl; let stand for 15 minutes to blend to flavors.
- For best taste and texture, serve within 3 hours of preparing.
