Fresh Salsa 10 Minute Recipe

I developed this recipe using a basic list of ingredients and have since "tweaked" it to our family's idea of perfect. Keeps for 2 weeks if you can make it last that long without eating it up! We put it on chicken, baked potatoes and dip sweet potato fries in it! Even our 2 year old can't get enough! Of course- it is best with tortilla chips, nice and simple! Show more

Serves: 10-12

Yields: 6 cups

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Pour mixture into a blender or food processor and mix on medium to high for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into 2-quart container, cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
