Fresh Salsa 10 Minute Recipe

Yields: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 4 medium fresh tomatoes, cut into smaller pieces
- 1⁄2 cup diced cilantro
- 1⁄2 diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (2/3ounce) mccormick's salsa seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup diced pickled jalapeno (Ole El Paso jarred works!)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir.
- Pour mixture into a blender or food processor and mix on medium to high for 30 seconds.
- Pour into 2-quart container, cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
