Fresh PeachStrawberryBanana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 5 strawberries
- 1⁄2 firm banana
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons fat free Greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 orange
- 30 g vanilla whey protein powder
Directions
- First cut the fruits into smaller pieces and set aside (peaches with their skin, all ingredients preferably organic)
- Pour the milk and yogurt in the blender and turn it on.
- Add the peaches, strawberries, and the banana to the blender slowly (taste a little of each fruit before putting it in to make sure they taste good).
- Add the vanilla extract and the protein powder and squeeze the half orange into the blender and let it blend until smooth. ( preferably natural whey protein with no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or hormone).
- Transfer the smoothie with the blender jar into the freezer and leave it for 60 minutes until its mildly frozen.
- Finally take it out of the freezer and blend it a little more.
