Fresh Kimchee Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 head napa cabbage
- 2 big carrots, peeled
- 10 green spring onions
Dressing
- 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup gourmet seasoned rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Shred fine: Cabbage, carrots & green onions including the green part.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Toss salad with dressing and refrigerate 20 minutes so the flavors will blend.
