Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1⁄2 sprig fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper
Directions
- whisk ingredients together and toss with raw vegetables. marinate for at least 30 minutes.
