Fresh Garden Slaw

Ingredients
- 6 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 4 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1⁄2 green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 cucumber, chopped (use 2 pickling cucumbers, if available)
- 1⁄2 cup radish, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3⁄4 cup canola oil
- 3⁄4 cup vinegar
Optional
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
Directions
- Prepare vegetables and chill well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
- Top with tomato (if available).
- Cooking time is chill time.
