Ingredients

  • 1  ounce apple
  • 1  ounce strawberry
  • 1  ounce  peach
  • 1  ounce apricot
  • 1  tablespoon oatmeal, presoaked
  • 1  tablespoon water
  • 5  tablespoons  filberts, chopped

Directions

  1. Wash and trim fresh fruit, chop or slice.
  2. Mix in the cereal base, and add the water.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped filberts.
