Ingredients
- 1 celery, trimmed
- carrot, 2 inch piece
- cucumber, 2 inch piece
- 1 mushroom, stalk removed
- 1⁄4 green apple, core removed
Directions
- Cut the carrot and cucumber in half, lengthways.
- thinly slice all vegetables and apple.
- Toss to combine, and serve as a light lunch, or as a side.
