- Cut a hole in the middle of each piece of bread (using a shot glass is perfect!) set aside.
- Make French Toast mixture:.
- In a medium bowl, mix 1 egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until brownish color (to make even sweeter, add more vanilla).
- Dip bread slices on both sides and place in a large well oiled or buttered skillet, cook on each side for two minutes, open one egg in each center and cook on each side for an addtional 2 minutes or until egg is white on both sides. Enjoy!
