  1. Whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  2. Heat frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and flip it so that both sides of the bread are coated.
  4. Fry until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
