French Toast

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 slices bread
Directions
- Whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Heat frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and flip it so that both sides of the bread are coated.
- Fry until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
