Directions
- in a plate or bowl, mix the egg, milk, 2 pinches of nutmeg and 2 pinches of sugar.
- in a frying pan, melt the butter and sprinkle some sugar on top of it.
- cut the loaf in peices, and dip them in the mixture until soaked.
- fry the pieces of bread until golden brown.
