- Whisk eggs until frothy.
- Add all other ingredients except bread. Whisk together well.
- Heat griddle over medium heat.
- Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and place on griddle.
- Turn after a few minutes.
- Continue turning until desired doneness is reached.
