French Salad Dressing

French and Western are similar right? They are both red! When I was little, the only time I had salad was at my grandma's house, and it could only be with "the red dressing." Ok, that still holds true. But still, I figure a home made version of the dressing would be pretty cool!

Ingredients

• 2  cups ketchup
• 1 1⁄2 cups vinegar
• 4  cups white sugar
• 2  large onions, grated
• 2  teaspoons dry mustard
• 2  teaspoons paprika
• 6  teaspoons salt
• 2  cups  salad oil

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender an dmix- or in a shaker and blend.
2. Suggest cutting the recipe to 1/2 or 1/4 according to need.
