French Onion Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 kg potato, cut into chunks
- 250 ml light cream
- 1 (30 g) package French onion soup mix
- 1 cup light cheese, grated
Directions
- Steam the potatoes until just tender.
- Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the french onion soup mix.
- Pour cream over the top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
