French Fried Onion Pork Chops

These porkchops are cripsy and delicious! And this recipe is wonderfully simple!

Ingredients

  • 4 -6  thin  pork chops
  • 1  cup flour
  • 2  cups  French-fried onions
  • 1  egg
  • 14 cup milk
  •  vegetable oil (for frying) or  olive oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Mix egg and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour and onions.
  2. Dredge porkchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating.
  3. Fry until golden.
