French Dressing for the Lazy

From my recipe collection.

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 1 bottle

Ingredients

• 1  cup olive oil
• 1⁄3 cup chili sauce
• 1⁄3 cup dark brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄3 cup tarragon vinegar
• 1  lemon, juice of
• 1⁄3 cup  chopped onion
•  salt (for seasoning)
•  freshly ground black pepper (for seasoning)

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse to blend in a smooth paste.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Fill up in a clean bottle and refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
