French Dressing Even French Dressing Haters Love

This recipe is simple and delicious. It is my "go to" dressing and makes you wonder why you ever used store bought. It's the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. This recipe has been in my family for 25 years or more, I believe. Show more

Serves: 10-12

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can  tomato soup (Campbell's is best)
  • 12  an onion, finely chopped
  • 2  garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 1  tablespoon salt, we only use a teaspoon
  • 1  teaspoon pepper
  • 1  teaspoon paprika
  • 1  tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 12 cups  vegetable oil
  • 34 cup vinegar

Directions

  1. Blend in blender and store in an air-tight decanter in the refrigerator. That's it! Not sure on the serving size and the prep time is just a few minutes. I do recommend chilling the dressing after preparation for the best taste though.
