French Dip Roast

Ingredients
- 4 -6 lbs roast
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
Directions
- Place roase in crockpot with all ingredients.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours.
- Slice meat and serve on hoagie style buns.
- Pour strained broth into individual cups for dipping.
