French Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the pie shell in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
