French Chicken

Adapted from 'Southern Accents', this looks VERY retro - we are making it tonight! But it was so easy - I thought I'd go ahead and post the recipe!!!

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4  chicken breasts, bone-in
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1  cup  French dressing
• 1 (1 ounce) package  dry onion soup mix

Directions

1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Pour french dressing over all and sprinkle on onion soup mix.
3. Cover and chill 5-6 hours or overnight.
4. Bake covered at 300 for 2 hours.
