Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients. Add milk, egg, and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix well.
- Grease and flour small muffin tins. Fill 1/2 full.
- Bake at 400* for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan immediately.
- Dip in remaining 1/3 cup melted butter and in the mixture of the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Serve warm.
