Freezer Peanut Butter Cookies

Roll dough and keep in freezer for quick cookies anytime.

Directions

  1. Cream first 3 ingredients.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Then mix in peanut butter, flour, soda.
  4. Roll out onto parchment into 1 1/2" diameter rolls.
  5. Cut inch thick disks and space out on cookie sheet.
  6. Dip fork in sugar and press crossways to flatten.
  7. Bake at 375º 8-10 minutes.
