Freezer Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons mint extract
- 1 egg white
- green food coloring, optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor until foamy.
- Pour into freezer safe dish.
- When edges start to get icy, stir and return to freezer until slightly firm at this point, you can stir and eat, or add a little milk or soy milk to make it creamier (i always do).
