Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- In a bowl add garlic, shallot, mustard, and vinegar.
- Whisk all together until blended.
- Add olive oil in a steady stream while whisking continuously.
- Add honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy w/your salad.
