Four Pepper Blast With Sesame Seed

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (can substitute 1 tsp. dried rosemary)
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves (can substitute 1/2 tsp. dried oregano)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat sesame oil and butter in 4-quart sauce pan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking until peppers are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
- Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
