Four Flavored Shrimp Sushi

Ingredients
- 3 cups salt water
- 1 cup rice wine
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
- 8 prawns, cleaned
- 1 lime, cut in 8 wedges
Directions
- Combine salted water, wine, onion and ginger.
- Bring to a boil and add the prawns.
- Simmer 5-6 minutes or until the prawns are opaque and cooked.
- Remove the shells, except for a small bit at the end of the tails. Butterfly the prawns and chill.
