Ingredients
- 3 -4 drops peppermint essential oils
- 3 -4 drops rosemary essential oils or 3 -4 drops apple cider vinegar
Directions
- If you don't have time for a footbath, rub rosemary essential oil or diluted apple cider vinegar into your feet, massaging for about 5 minutes, before you take a bath.
- A quick foot soak in a basin of water to which has been added a few drops of peppermint essential oil will soon perk you up. It is extremely refreshing after a long day of shopping.
